Shopping from China

From November 7th to December 6th, we have a pop-up store in Shanghai at 190 Yongkang Rd. Xuhui District. While it’s open, we’re making it easier to shop online from mainland China, with free shipping and a gift on every order. Here’s everything you need to know.

Free shipping and a tote bag
While the pop-up is open, every order shipped to China gets free shipping and a paloma wool tote bag. Both are added automatically, no code needed.

Prices include duties and taxes
For orders up to 10,000 CNY, the total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties and taxes, and we guarantee no additional charges on delivery. For orders above 10,000 CNY, customs duties and taxes are not included and will be payable by the recipient upon delivery.

Payment
You can pay with Alipay and WeChat Pay.

Shipping
Orders are shipped with DHL Express and usually arrive in 5-7 business days.

Customs
Orders to China are cleared as personal imports. China Customs requires identity verification for these parcels, so DHL may contact you to ask for a photo of your ID and, in some cases, proof of payment. This is a standard step, and there’s nothing extra to pay.
These orders do not count toward your annual 26,000 RMB cross-border e-commerce quota.

Returns
Returns have a cost of 190 RMB. We’ll provide you with a DHL Express return label.
